One of Mayor Daley’s security guards apprehended a man convicted for murder close to the vacation spot for Mayor Daley. 48 year old Charles Smith, was held at gunpoint by the security guard until the police arrived to take him back  into custody. Mr. Smith was one of of three men that recently escaped from a high security prison in Indiana.
